Delete your Sweet Dog account

Sweet Dog lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app or simply on request by email.

From the app

If you have a Sweet Dog account, deletion takes a few seconds:

  1. Sign in to your Sweet Dog account.
  2. Open the “My account” page.
  3. Scroll down to the “Danger zone” section.
  4. Tap “Permanently delete my account”, then confirm by typing DELETE.

You can also email us at seb@sweet-dog.app from your account email address. We process every deletion request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent (no recycle bin). The following is erased:

  • Your email address and password
  • All your conversations with the assistant
  • Your dog profiles
  • Your learning path progress
  • Your preferences (language, etc.)

Data that is retained

No personal data is kept after deletion. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Where applicable, we keep only what the law strictly requires (for example anonymised technical logs).
